I made one small sandwich with cheese and red onions, it was just like having a picnic on summers day, just amazing!
I have one more loaf for tomorrow and one in my freezer. I am already planning to make another batch on Saturday, this time I am going to experiment with linseed and sunflower seeds, although I do like a sweet taste of dates and cranberries.
It also it's so cheap to make three loafs it cost me just over a £1.00 as I bought the flour from Lidl for about 89p and yeast cost about 12p I usually pay about £1.69 for one loaf of bread so great saving.

Husband is driving me mad as he is already trying to plan building works which we not suppose to start until end of the year, I can't get enthusiastic until I have at least half of the budget saved and at the moment I am 1/3 way to meet my target sum.
I am almost 1 month into this frugal living and the funny thing is that I love it, I have not craved any shopping sprees or even looked on internet for my favourites brands, I really haven't!
Small things like making bread and planning my veg patch has been so enjoyable that not much else matters. I suppose it's an advantage that I can choose to do frugal, but it can't be easy for people who have to live frugally all he time.
