Today was another non spend day, no lovely Danish pastries, no coffee, no impulse buying... I am amazed.... and to be honest I don't feel any worse that I have limited things in my life. I feel I have gained more control and I feel happy that I can actually do without material things.

Today I heated up one of my last precooked meals and I made some very healthy flat bread with Linseeds, to go nicely with curry.

Very simple to make and cost just few pence.
2 cups of brown flour, handful of linseed, pinchof salt, water, mix everything until pastry Has soft but non sticky consistency, form a ball, cut it in small equal sections and then roll it out into thin flat pancakes, one at the time, heat up a frying pan and brush with oil, put flatbread one at the time into the pan and fry for 2 minutes on each side, until slightly browned, you can prepare this in advance, lovely with curries or stews.
